About the guide
Living in Cesky Krumlov is great, I hope I can make you as enthusiastic about this city as I became after several visits, so much, that I decided to move here. And I have lived quite some places: learned english as a child in California, studied and lived for eight years in Paris, and grown up in Budapest.
I am a real central-european: none of my grand parents birthplace is in todays Hungary, but all came from the formal Austro-Hungarian Empire.
This same mixture is what makes Krumlov - or Krumau - so unique and of course, its history and (fortunate or unfortunate) eternal second place in Bohemia.
